Booking and cancellation conditions at Hostal Santa Clara

General conditions

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
If you arrive earlier and the room is available, we will be delighted to offer you early access.

For arrivals after 00:00 AM (midnight), it is essential to contact the property in advance to arrange key collection.

Check-out: until 12:00 AM at the latest.
We kindly ask you to respect this time to ensure the proper preparation of the rooms.

By completing the reservation, the guest declares that the information provided is accurate and authorizes the use of the bank card supplied as a guarantee or payment method, according to the selected rate.

Payments are processed through a secure virtual POS payment gateway, in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards and PSD2 strong customer authentication requirements.

Hostal Santa Clara does not store the full card details at any time; such data is managed exclusively by the authorized payment platform or booking engine.

By confirming the reservation, the guest expressly accepts these conditions and authorizes the corresponding charges arising from the selected rate, including possible cancellation fees, no-show charges, or early departure fees.

Flexible rate

Cancellation policy

The guest may cancel free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.

If the cancellation occurs within the 5 days prior to arrival, the property is authorized to charge the amount of the first night to the card provided as guarantee.

In the event of a no-show, the first night will also be charged.

In case of early departure after check-in, the property may charge the unused reserved nights, subject to availability and commercial policy.

Payment conditions

This rate does not require prepayment.

The card provided will remain tokenized and authorized for possible future charges linked to the reservation, exclusively in the cases set out in these conditions.

Non-refundable rate

Cancellation policy

By booking this rate, the guest accepts that the total amount of the stay may be charged immediately or at any time after confirmation.

In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund will be issued.

This rate does not allow date changes or refunds.

Payment conditions

The guest expressly authorizes 100% prepayment of the reservation through the virtual POS gateway.

The charge may be processed through strong customer authentication (SCA) or, if allowed by your bank, through tokenized card-on-file / COF reference payment, fully compliant with PSD2.
